Christiansburg Institute Web Design

The Christiansburg Institute was a pioneering school for African Americans, educating formerly enslaved individuals and later navigating segregation and integration during the Civil Rights Movement. Today, they serve as a local museum and cultural heritage nonprofit that provides resources for community education, empowerment, and the stewardship of African American history and culture in Southwest Virginia. This is a proposed redesign of their website, aiming to help emphasize their purpose and make the user navigation easier on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
